Terms of Service
The ground rules for using Nascorne: how accounts work, what you are responsible for when recording, who owns your content and how billing works.
1.Using Nascorne
These terms apply to your use of Nascorne, including the Meeting Recorder, Live Notes, Action Items, Decision Log, Ask My Meetings, Task Sync and Team Digest. By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.
2.Accounts and workspaces
- You must give accurate details when signing up and keep your login credentials private.
- The person who creates a workspace is its owner and can add admins and users.
- You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including actions by people you invite.
3.Recording responsibly
Nascorne announces itself in every meeting it records, but you remain responsible for having the right to record. You agree to:
- Tell participants a meeting is being recorded and follow the recording and privacy laws that apply to them.
- Stop recording when a participant asks and you are required to do so.
- Not use Nascorne to record people secretly or in places where recording is not allowed.
4.Your content
You own your recordings, transcripts, notes and any other content in your workspace. You give us permission to store and process that content only to provide the service to you, including transcription, note writing, search and syncing with tools you connect.
We never use your meeting content to train AI models for other customers.
5.AI-written notes
Notes, summaries, decisions, action items and answers are written by AI from what was said. They can contain mistakes, such as a wrong owner or date. Please review important items before relying on them. Every item links to the source moment so it can be checked.
6.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful surveillance, harassment or to record without required consent.
- Upload content you have no right to share.
- Try to access other workspaces, break security measures or overload the service.
- Copy, resell or reverse engineer the service.
7.Plans and billing
Plans are priced per user per month in US dollars and billed monthly or yearly in advance. Your first 20 recorded meetings are free. After that, your chosen plan continues unless you cancel. Prices exclude applicable taxes. If we change prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to your next billing period.
Huddle includes 10 recording hours per workspace each month. Boardroom and Auditorium include unlimited recording hours under fair, normal business use.
8.Connected tools
When you connect calendars, meeting tools, task apps or CRMs, your use of those products is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes or outages in tools we do not run.
9.Availability and changes
We work to keep Nascorne available and to improve it over time. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a feature that is central to your plan, we will give notice and, where appropriate, a prorated refund.
10.Cancelling and closing workspaces
You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or has unpaid invoices, after giving notice where possible. You can export your content before a workspace is closed. Content is deleted within 30 days of closure.
11.Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data caused by your own actions.
12.Changes to these terms
If we make material changes we will email workspace owners before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
