A user is anyone in your workspace who can open notes, receive tasks or search meetings. Guests who only attend a meeting are not counted.

Recording pauses for new meetings until the next month, or you can move to Boardroom for unlimited hours at any time.

Yes. Upgrade at any time and the difference is prorated. Downgrades apply from your next billing period.
